All Sales Are Final
The Veyra Blueprint is a digital product. Access is delivered immediately after successful checkout. Because the product is made available to you at the moment of purchase, all sales are final once the product has been purchased, downloaded, accessed, or delivered in any form.
We do not issue refunds for change of mind, buyer's remorse, not using the product, deciding the product is not for you, or misunderstanding that this is a digital product.
Limited Review Cases
Veyra may review a support request only in the following circumstances:
- You were charged more than once for the same product due to a billing error.
- You completed checkout and payment was collected, but you did not receive access due to a verified technical issue on Veyra's end.
- The delivered files are corrupted or inaccessible, and Veyra is unable to provide a working replacement.
Submitting a request does not guarantee a refund. Approved cases may be resolved through file replacement, restored access, or a refund — at Veyra's discretion.
How to Submit a Request
If you believe your situation qualifies under one of the cases above, contact us within 7 days of your purchase date at support@veyratraining.com. Include your order number or the email address used at checkout and a clear description of the issue.
Requests submitted after 7 days of purchase will not be reviewed.
